Belfi’s Child Care daycare fees are payable in advance and are due on the first of each month. For the convenience of the daycare and parents/guardians, we ask them to leave post-dated cheques for up to 6 month or to register auto deposit.

Fees that are non-refundable:

$200 Registration Administration and accounting Fee

320$ Optional Monthly Fee for 2 Meals and Unlimited snack Daily

The half month deposit fee which is required at the time of registration

Monthly Fee’s if a withdrawal notice has not been given in a timely manner ( Minimum of 2 Calendar month notice prior to withdrawal Date).

The first month of care will be a trial period for both parties ( Belfi’s Child Care daycare and the Parent/Guardian)

Belfi’s Child Care daycare or the Parent/Guardian may withdraw the child within the first month without the two-month withdrawal notice. The monthly fee will be remain Non-refundable regardless of when within the month the child is withdrawn.

Monthly fees if a child is immediately withdrawn from the daycare regardless the withdrawal reason.

Sick days, Holidays , daycare closure ( Including but not limited to stature holiday, emergency closure, ETC...)

Winter break ( Last two weeks of December )
